Please follow the instructions below to order online at Levala:

Step 1: Register as a Levala member for free.

Step 2: Login as a member.

Step 3: Select your favourite products from our catalogue and add them into your shopping cart.

Step 4: When you have completed your online shopping, click on [Checkout].

Step 5: Upon checking out, proceed to confirm the Billing and Shipping addresses. If such details are correct, proceed to confirm your addresses.

Step 6: Upon confirming your addresses, a summary of your order will be displayed in terms of the following:

• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Ordered items
• Subtotal
• Discount (if applicable)
• Shipping (if applicable)
• Total

If all details are correct, proceed to confirm your order.

Step 7: Upon confirming your order, an email notification will be sent to your registered email address. The order and payment details (including shipping charges) and instructions will be forwarded to you. Your order will only be processed after payment has been received and cleared. Kindly note that there is different processing time for ordering of ready stock and pre-order:

- Your order for ready stock is reserved for only 3 working days.

- Your order for pre-order items should take 10 workings days to be completed after the pre-order deadline (1st and 15th of the month).

Please note that all prices shown on levala.com.sg are fixed and in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Where discounts are given, nett prices of the items will be displayed.

** As the stock level is changing every minute, you may encounter insufficient stock availability after you have confirmed your order. Please feel free to return to your shopping cart for further amendment.

Payment Information:

Currently, we only accept Internet Banking/ATM Transfers from UOB/DBS/POSB/OCBC banks. Funds transfer payment is presently accepted in Singapore only.

Our bank account details will be provided to you when you received the email notification on your order. All payments must be made within 3 working days upon confirmation of order. Otherwise, the order will be void and cancelled.

We will start processing your order only after we received and verified your payment notification with our bank. Please send us an email to indicate that you have performed the transfers. Any ATM payment made without notification will be rendered anonymous, as there is no way of identifying the payer. Do note that orders are cancelled in 3 working days if payment is not received.
