Refund & Exchange Policy

Please note that all items that are sold and paid for are non-refundable.
We do inspect the items before posting them out. As such, kindly note that the following reasons are not considered as defects:

1. A change of mind after purchase
2. Slight difference in the shade of colour, thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight misalignment of seams and minor stains
3. Button loss
4. Sizing issues (Please refer to the measurements of the item when making purchase)
5. Deliberate damaging or soiling of the item

Exchange Procedure

Please inform us about the defect via email (within 5 days upon the item receipt), attached with a pictorial proof. Additional information must be furnished upon requested.

Once we have acknowledged and confirmed the defect, we would EXCHANGE a non-defective item of the same model/design/colour for you. If the item is not available for exchange, we will issue you with a credit coupon with the exact same value for the exchanged item. You can use it in your next purchase at Levala. This credit coupon can only be used once and does not have an expiry date. When the credit coupon is used, the stated value will be deducted from your next purchase order.

Please note that the postage cost of the returned defective item is to be born by you.
