Ready stock orders are processed and packed for shipping within 3 working days from date of payment.

Pre-order is packed for shipping 10 working days after the pre-order deadline (1st & 15th of the month).

Currently, we only accept local delivery service via SingPost. All parcels are mailed out via either SingPost's standard or registered mail service. We highly recommend registering your parcel as we are not liable for any lost and damaged to the parcel during delivery.

Note: The standard charge for a registered mail via SingPost is $2.50.

For SingPost Registered Mail, we will notify you via email with the Registered Article Number and Month/Year of Posting after the parcel is mailed out. You may check the registered parcel status via http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp. Do note that someone will need to sign for the parcel upon delivery. If no one is available at the point of delivery, a notification note with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery will be provided in your mailbox. It is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the parcel with SingPost.
