PRODUCT INFORMATION

The prices displayed at the site are quoted in SGD. Levala has the rights to make changes to the price and cancel any order subject to price discrepancy.

DISPLAYED COLOURS

We have tried to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products. The actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

CATEGORIES OF APPAREL

You are advised to look at the pictures of the apparel carefully before ordering. Levala has two main categories of apparel:

DIRECT IMPORT - They are authentic apparel from their respective original brand owners. The workmanship and fabrics quality are top grade.

MAGAZINE APPAREL - They are lower range apparel manufactured by following the designs from top Japan and Korea magazines. Please note that the brand/logo names appear on the pictures are for reference only.

PRE-ORDER AVAILABILITY

Pre-order items are subject to availability. In the event that the items are out of stock, full payment will be refunded to you.

Once a pre-order has been placed with payment made, cancellation is not allowed.

COMPATIBILITY

As Levala is not the manufacturer of the products, we make no representations, guarantees or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, and assume no liability for any financial loss or damage caused by a product purchased from us. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to Levala arising from any products sold at the site shall be the price of the product ordered, if found liable. In no event shall Levala be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages relating to the compatibility of products sold.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Seldom there may be information on Levala that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Levala shall have the rights to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification.
